For some reason this one works the best for me. Im going through a rough time and when I listen to this at night, I feel positive & hopeful for at least the first 4 hours of the day. If you knew how down Ive been lately, youd know that 4 hours is huge right now!
What a great app. Andrew Johnson is simply the best. Then look at others he has--- also recommend deep relaxation To sleep, perchance to dream... Thank you from Canada!

I have 10 of his apps and love them all. He has a very soothing Scottish voice and this app will totally help you relax and think more positively for sure! Highly recommend it, well worth the 3 bucks for sure...

Love this app. I use Andrews apps on an almost daily basis, but I think this might just be my fav! It is my most recent purchase and all of his apps have been well worth their cost!

Some bad moments

Used every night for two weeks. Doesnt work at all. Just a gimmick to get your money.
Being a foreigner(EFL), l have difficulties understanding his words. It sounds like murmuring that most of his direction. To tell the truth, l can understand about half of this app. As a result, l dont expect any significant outcome after using this app. But if you kindly provide American English version l really really appreciate.
I love these apps. The accent, music...everything awesome. This app is the only exception. The induction is horrible. it feels like he is telling me to walk down the stairs for ten minutes, not to mention he says STOP of stairs. It is the worst one I have purchased, and the only one I regret.
Return to thumb-forefinger. This one just doesnt work as well as his other programs
I am a huge fan of Andrews apps, and I have generally found them to be very helpful. This one, however, is a total dud. The program is not structured like the others, and I just dont find it to be compelling or effective. Very disappointing.
Voice is of a man and not soothing. Its a guided prompt of a man telling u to relax .
